is a legendary name known for his infinite passion for business. Having built the group from the ground up, his journey from a small town to the echelons of enterprising conglomerate is nothing short of legendary.
RMD's father passed away when he was 14, a loss he suffered because of insufficient medicare at that time. That was when he resolved to make healthcare available to everyone. As he took on the reigns of business, education took a back seat. This became the core of his second resolve to support education wherever he could. Thus were sown the seeds of the Rasiklal Manikchand Dhariwal Foundation. A unique initiative that's silently making a difference in the lives of thousands. |

| Mrs. Shobha Rasiklal Dhariwal |
| is dedicated to improving lives with a smile and hard work. Widely known for her philanthropic work in the community, she independently handles CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities of Manikchand Group mainly through the R.M. Dhariwal Foundation. Her unswerving vision of a more literate and healthy nation has led her to focus on Education and Healthcare as major thrust areas. She is also instrumental in donations to various schools, colleges, and institutes and is the first and only lady to donate for JITO's training institute for IAS, IRS and IPS students. |
